Welcome to the 10-Minute Christmas Challenge!

I’m so excited you’ve decided to prioritize yourself this holiday season. This is going to be a fantastic month of movement, community, and showing up for YOU.

Here’s What Happens Next:

Step 1: Join Our Facebook Community

Head over to the CherylMoore Coaching Facebook page and click “Follow”.

Once you’re following the page, you’ll be added to our private 10 Minute Workout Group where all the magic happens! 

This is where you’ll connect with other challengers, share your wins, and stay motivated throughout the month.

Step 2: Know What to Expect

Starting November 24 through December 24, I’ll be posting three brand-new 10-minute strength workouts each week to the Cherylmoorecoaching website:

  • Monday by 6 AM
  • Wednesday by 6 AM
  • Friday by 6 AM

Each workout is designed to be quick, effective, and doable - no matter what your schedule looks like that day.

Step 3: Gather Your Equipment

You’ll need just a few simple things:

  • Resistance bands
  • Light weights (dumbbells)
  • Yoga mat
  • Your own bodyweight

Step 4: Show Up & Share

This challenge isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. It’s about moving your body a little more each day and taking care of yourself during one of the busiest times of the year. Some days will feel amazing, others might feel tough, and that’s completely okay.

I’ll be checking in with you weekly in the Facebook group to keep you motivated and celebrate your wins. And here’s the fun part: the more you engage and post in the group, the more entries you’ll earn to win 1 month of personalized nutrition coaching!

Share your workout completions, how you’re feeling, your challenges, your victories - it all counts.

Remember:

  • Consistency over perfection
